Dear Future Surrogate,
Firstly, we thank you profusely for doing this. It must be a difficult decision to carry someone else’s child. Our story is a sad one and a likely very common one. We are a happily married couple, who live in the suburbs, who take vacations every summer, and who have a super adorable puppy dog. Yet we also have gone through three rounds of IUI’s and five (!!) of IVF without success. Today, Cat cannot carry a child any longer due to a medication she takes. We are healthy, sound of mind, and we would love to share our life with a child. We currently have two embryos frozen in Montreal, with the view to implant them at once. We would prefer a local surrogate so that we can keep in touch easily and if you so wish, to maintain a relationship with our children!
