Creating a profile and browsing surrogates is completely free — no credit card, no trial period, no catch. We also offer a premium membership with additional features if you want more visibility and tools, but you can start without spending anything.

Every profile is reviewed before it goes live, and members can be reported at any time. To be fully transparent, MySurrogateMom is a matching community, not an agency: the platform does not verify medical records, run background checks, or formally screen surrogate eligibility. Intended parents should still complete legal, medical, and clinic-based due diligence before moving forward.
