Eligibility
MySurrogateMom.com is a surrogacy community designed to provide an easy way to connect intended parents, surrogates, egg donors, and surrogacy specialists online.
You must be 18 years or older to register as a Member of MySurrogateMom.
We reserve the right to reject any application for membership, subject to applicable law.
Member Conduct
Only one member account per person is allowed. If it is found that you have created multiple accounts, you may retain one and all others will be deleted.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any information provided and for your interactions with other members. If your information is found to be false or misleading, we reserve the right to close your account without notice.
Username Policy
The following types of usernames are not permitted on MySurrogateMom.com:
- Usernames that resemble promotional advertising (e.g., using email addresses or URLs).
- Usernames that are likely to offend other members.
- Usernames with inappropriate words, misspellings, or substitutions.
Members not complying with this policy may have their membership suspended or terminated without notice.
Communications
You agree to be solely responsible for your interactions and messages sent through the service.
You agree not to transmit any unlawful, harassing, offensive, or objectionable material of any kind, and not to transmit anything that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property.
You agree not to send spam, chain letters, or unsolicited mass emails, or use the service for commercial purposes.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Billing Cycles
The monthly plan is billed every month from the date of the initial purchase and will automatically renew until cancelled.
The quarterly plan is billed every three months from the date of the initial purchase and will automatically renew until cancelled.
The semi-annual and annual plans are pre-paid, non-recurring memberships.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us through our contact form. We will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days and ensure you are not billed in the next cycle.
Once cancelled, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Upon upgrading to a premium membership, members gain immediate access to the full community, including unlimited messaging and access to all member profiles. Due to the nature of this immediate digital access, we are unable to offer refunds once a subscription has been activated.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us through our contact form and we will review your case.
You authorize MySurrogateMom and its third-party payment processors to charge all applicable fees to the payment method specified in your account.
MySurrogateMom may suspend or terminate access to the site if any fees due are unpaid. Where possible, a notice will be sent prior to suspension.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law. In cases of serious misconduct, termination may occur without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
MySurrogateMom.com is a platform that facilitates connections between users. We are not a party to any surrogacy arrangement and are not responsible for the actions, agreements, or outcomes between members. All legal arrangements must be handled independently with qualified legal professionals.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
